Order Process
The Dakhla Majalis website allows customers to submit order requests. Upon receiving an order request, our team contacts the customer to confirm the details. The order is validated only after a 50% deposit is paid and subject to product availability or manufacturing feasibility.
Payment Terms
To confirm an order, the payment terms are as follows:
50% of the total amount is paid in advance via bank transfer to validate the order and initiate product preparation or manufacturing.
The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery to the delivery company.
An order is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Product Availability
Some of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, and availability may vary. Final order confirmation depends on:

Or the time required for manufacturing
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Order Modification or Cancellation
Any modification or cancellation must be reported as soon as possible. If the product has already been manufactured, some modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Protection Against Fraudulent Orders
To prevent non-serious or fraudulent orders, an order is considered valid only after:
Confirmation of customer information (name, phone number, address)
Validation of order details with the customer
Receipt of the 50% deposit
Dakhla Majalis reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incomplete or incorrect information or if the required deposit is not received.
