We're Here to Help

The delivery time for Saharan seating is 10 to 15 days from the date the deposit is received; other products are delivered within 5 to 7 days. We ensure top quality at every stage of manufacturing.

Payment is in two installments: a 50% deposit via bank transfer, and the remaining 50% is paid to the delivery company upon receipt. Delivery is 100 MAD anywhere in Morocco (250 MAD for outing majlis), payable upon foam delivery.

We deliver to all cities in Morocco. For orders abroad, we hand the order over to the shipping company of the customer's choice inside Morocco, which then ships it to their country. This way, the customer picks a shipping company they trust that serves their country.

We use premium woven cotton fabric and Dolidol foam, and you choose the seat foam: soft XD+abs 33 foam — number 1 quality with a 25-year warranty — or firm XD foam for a firmer seat. Authentic Saharan seating can only be made with authentic materials.

We make Saharan floor seating that is 15 cm high and 70 cm wide. If you want seating higher than 15 cm, you can place it on a raised wooden platform.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the majlis, you can request a full refund of the amount paid within 3 days after delivery.

For the foam: you can ask your nearest mattress maker about the quality of Dolidol HD 5 Bassmat foam. For the fabric: we can send you a sample to inspect the quality.

It is recommended to wash the fabrics inside out, using cold water or at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Tumble drying is prohibited; let the fabrics air dry naturally. Avoid poking or pulling the fabric with sharp objects to preserve its luxurious texture and natural sheen.

Our products are handmade with premium quality to suit various spaces: living rooms, tents, restaurants, offices — making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. They work in the living room, den, balcony, tent, or garden.
