2. Description of Services
We offer the following services through our website:
Individual Product Sales: Seating, cushions, armrests (coudoir), and other traditional pieces
Custom Designs: Smart calculation of seating arrangements based on measurements provided by the customer
Consultations: Advice on the selection and design of seating arrangements
Very Important Note: Our website does not process any financial payments. We only collect your orders, and payment and delivery are agreed upon directly between the customer and the Company via phone or email. Payment is made upon delivery or after direct agreement.
3. Order Process
The order process proceeds as follows:
Product or Design Selection
The customer selects products or uses the smart calculation tool to obtain a custom design
Order Submission
The customer fills out the order form with contact and delivery information
Direct Communication
We contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the order and discuss details and pricing
Payment Agreement
The payment method (cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.) and estimated delivery date are agreed upon
Manufacturing and Delivery
We manufacture the order according to the agreed specifications and deliver it to the specified address
The order becomes binding only after direct communication and agreement on all details between us and the customer.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Final prices:
May vary depending on customization and final dimensions
Are determined definitively during direct communication with the customer
Include all applicable taxes in Morocco (VAT 20%)
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, prices agreed upon with the customer remain unchanged
5. Delivery
Delivery terms:
Delivery Time: 10 to 15 days from the date the deposit is received
Delivery Area: We deliver to all cities in Morocco via the carrier "Amana"
Payment Method: 50% deposit via bank transfer, and the remaining 50% paid to the carrier "Amana" upon delivery
Delivery Cost: A nominal fee of 100 MAD, payable upon receipt of the foam
Inspection Upon Delivery: The customer is advised to inspect the products upon receipt and immediately report any issues
6. Right of Return and Exchange
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection, the customer is entitled to:
Money-Back Guarantee: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to obtain a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Saharan seating
Custom Products: The same guarantee applies to all products — 3 days for a full refund
Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging
Refund: A full refund is issued within 14 days from the date the return is accepted

7. Warranty
We offer a warranty on our products against manufacturing defects:
Foam Warranty: 25 years on Dolidol HD 5 Bassmat foam — number 1 quality
Warranty Covers: Manufacturing defects in foam and fabric, stitching and filling issues
Warranty Does Not Cover: Damage resulting from improper use, stains, or tears caused by misuse
8. Website Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website; however:
We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times without interruption
Actual product colors may differ slightly from the images displayed due to screen settings
We are not liable for any indirect damage that may result from the use of the website
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (images, text, logo, designs) is protected by intellectual property rights under Moroccan law. The following is prohibited:
Copying or reproducing any content without prior written authorization
Using the logo or brand name without permission
Any commercial use of the website content
10. Governing Law and Disputes

Amicable Resolution: We always encourage direct communication to resolve any issue
